UK Used Condition Guide
Every UK Used device sold by Supermind Technologies is inspected, functionally tested, and graded before listing. This page explains exactly what each grade means and what we check.
Grade A
Pending business confirmation. Default definition: excellent cosmetic condition with only very light signs of use, fully passed functional testing.
Grade B
Pending business confirmation. Default definition: good cosmetic condition with visible but minor signs of use, fully passed functional testing.
Grade C
Pending business confirmation. Default definition: noticeable cosmetic wear, fully passed functional testing.
What we test on every unit
Power-on and boot, screen integrity, keyboard/touch input, all ports, battery health (or an honest “Not Tested” where testing isn't operationally possible for that unit), and — for phones — camera, speakers, network signal, and unlock status.
Grade definitions and thresholds above are business-configurable and may still be defaults pending final confirmation from Supermind Technologies. They are editable at /admin/settings.
